*Returning Hebrew School Students: Returning Hebrew School Students have a shorter form.

*New to Hebrew School Families:

-Each New Hebrew School Family must complete the CHS Family Registration Form which includes registration for the first child.

-There is a shortened Additional Hebrew School Student Form for any additional children in your family.

Returning Hebrew School Student Form

This is a shortened Returning Hebrew School Student Form for any students who where in CHS last year.

CHS Family Registration

This is Hebrew School Family Form each family must complete which includes registration for the first child.

Additional Hebrew School Student Form
